Software Development Team Leader - Analytics

We’re seeking a forward-thinking Software Development Team Leader to lead a team of experts building our next-generation Analytics & Modeling Service and support our current activities.

As Analytics Team Lead, you’ll oversee a multidisciplinary team including all relevant skills to take end to end features from design through implementation, quality assurance, observability and delivery processes, closely interacting with our Data-Science team to constantly deliver innovation Analytics to our customers. Using highly past Agile development with cutting edge technologies to ensure high quality, scalable functionalities with performance in mind. This role is ideal for a highly skilled team leader who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is passionate about people, technology, and reliable infrastructures.

What You’ll Do:

Leading the team in their day-to-day work, guiding the team's work to success

Guide and mentor team members to enhance their skills and support their personal and professional growth

Continuously work to improve the working processes and agility of the team

Oversee and manage the implementation and delivery of new features and enhancements according to the product team’s requirements.

Oversee and manage the continuous improvement and evolution of the product’s infrastructure.

Scale the team by hiring, onboarding, and mentoring future team leaders as the group expands.

Possess an agile mindset and have proven experience with Scrum methodologies.

Take an active part in high-level design discussions.

Create and own metrics that track performance, adoption, and impact.

Requirements:

You’ll do it using:

5+ years of experience in software R&D, including 2+ years in a team leadership role.

Strong proficiency with Java and Python - working on performance and scale with web applications and using cloud services.

Experience with Analytics algorithms and data analytics is a strong advantage

Familiarity with AI development ecosystems and tools (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Roo, Cursor, etc.).

Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams in a fast-paced, product-centric environment.

Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures and services on AWS.

Strong knowledge of modern software engineering best practices and agile methodologies.

Passion for staying ahead of the curve in AI: curious, experimental, and fast-learning.

Excellent communication and leadership skills; you inspire and organize teams effectively.
