About The Position

TriEye is the pioneer of SWIR sensing technology. Based on nanophotonics research, TriEye’s technology is disrupting the world of vision sensors for the automotive market along with other exciting applications.

We are looking for a Configuration Manager to join our team. The Configuration Manager will be responsible for leading new product introduction projects and ensuring a successful transition from development to manufacturing.

Your Day to Day
Create documents and write production and assembly instructions – NPI.
Engineering change management (ECO’s, MCO’s, and product revisions).
Develop and maintain product documentation, including engineering drawings, BOM’s, and work instructions.
Regularly create, maintain, and update new PN’s, manufacturers, and BOM’s within the PDM/PLM and ERP system.
Participate in design reviews and provide input for design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA).
Identify and manage risks associated with new product development.
Vendor/CM Technical Support.
Cost reduction projects.
Familiar with industry standards.
Configuration management of multiple systems.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in NPI in a laser, optics, or electronics manufacturing environment.
Strong project management skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Solid analytical skills, Self-standing, multitasking, and a can-do approach.
Knowledge of laser technology, optics, mechanical design, electronics, and software.
Transfer to mass production activities. Automotive grade.
Understanding of DFM and DFA principles.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Hands-on experience with PDM, PLM, and ERP. Priority and Solid PDM - advantage
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Optical) or related field - advantage.
