Development Team Lead 

We are looking for a delivery-oriented Engineering Leader to head a unique unit at the intersection of Digital, IoT, and Cloud Innovation. You will lead a multidisciplinary team
building and operating backend platforms and mobile applications that support business-critical processes. If you are a hands-on leader who enjoys connecting business needs with deep technology - this is for you.

What You Will Do

Lead & Empower: Manage a cross-functional team (Mobile, Backend, IoT cloud, DevOps), driving technical excellence and professional growth.
Drive Delivery: Own the Agile lifecycle end-to-end - Sprint Planning, prioritization, and execution - ensuring on-time delivery of value.
Innovate: Leverage emerging technologies to solve complex operational challenges and improve business efficiency.
Bridge the Gap: Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into concrete, scalable technical plans.
Orchestrate Technology: Oversee complex backend/cloud delivery acting as the technical focal point.
Enable the Organization: Manage DevOps & Infrastructure keys to ensure stability for the broader development division.

What You Bring

Technical DNA: Hands-on background in Backend & Cloud (Azure preferred), with experience in complex integrations.
Leadership Presence: Experience leading teams, mentoring developers, and driving delivery.
Innovation Mindset: Proactive curiosity for new tech and the ability to translate it into practical business solutions.
Agile & DevOps: Deep understanding of modern development lifecycles, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
Business Partner: Excellent communication skills, comfortable managing expectations with non-technical stakeholders.
