IT excellence analyst
Accountabilities:
Ensure ongoing data collection, analysis, and reporting of IT performance metrics to management and stakeholders
Manage and maintain KPI dashboards and measurement tools, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and transparency across the IT organization
Design and implement measurement practice
Own data collection, validation, and data quality
Prepare and share dashboards to present project performance to management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Project Manager, leading complex and cross-organizational control processes
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights clearly
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficiency with BI and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI)
