Compliance Program Manager

Accountabilities
•    Assist the Group Ethics & Compliance Manager in fulfilling all duties, including ethics, compliance program effectiveness and risk management
•    Manage various compliance programs, e.g., Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Anti-Fraud & Embezzlement, and Trade Sanctions
•    Provide day-to-day compliance support to the business, answering regulatory or policy-related queries
•    Assist in identifying, assessing, and tracking compliance risks and issues
•    Participate in regulatory change reviews and help update internal processes accordingly
•    Deliver or support compliance training and awareness activities
•    Collaborate with other control functions (Risk, Legal, Audit, Data Privacy) to ensure coordinated compliance management
•    Serve as a professional focal point regarding policies and procedures, including collecting, maintaining and monitoring the group's procedures
Requirements
•    Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting, or Law
•    1-3 years (max) of experience as a Compliance Associate 
•    Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements  
•    Understanding of compliance governance policies and frameworks
•    High level of professional English proficiency
•    Proactive, a team player and data-driven
•    Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
•    Practical knowledge and experience with IT tool (e.g., Power BI, AI tools, Python) - an advantage
