You can Expect:
 

Ownership of the monthly consolidation and reporting process – actual results and forecasts.
Full responsibility for the economic consolidation system – deep familiarity, efficient use, and troubleshooting.
Ongoing business monitoring of monthly, quarterly, and annual results of the subsidiaries abroad – analyzing results, identifying risks, highlighting gaps, preparing presentations, and reporting to management.
Collaboration with financial analysts and control managers in international subsidiaries to improve, monitor, and analyze received financial data.
Active participation in the annual budgeting process and long-term strategic planning for Strauss Coffee International.
Conducting various financial analyses, managing special projects, and building financial models and scenario analyses.

Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree in economics, Business Administration, or Accounting
3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or financial control.
Proficiency in Excel, PPT.- Mandatory. Experience with Power BI – an advantage.
High proficiency in English  – Mandatory; Proficiency in  Portuguese  – a significant advantage.
Strong analytical skills, adaptability ,proactivity, with strong leadership abilities and problem-solving skills
