About the Role

We are looking for a talented Senior AI Engineer to join our growing AI innovation team. In this role, you will pioneer intelligent systems that redefine how gaming technology integrates and scales. You will architect, build, and iterate on multi-agent AI frameworks that adapt to diverse gaming ecosystems and workflows.

This is a high-impact position where your work will directly shape the future of AI-driven automation in gaming—empowering millions of players to not just watch, but play shared gaming experiences.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and iterate on cutting-edge AI agent systems tailored for complex integrations.
Architect multi-agent frameworks capable of understanding and interacting with diverse software architectures.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to optimize AI-driven automation experiences.
Scale intelligent systems with performance, reliability, and adaptability in mind.
Mentor junior engineers, raising the bar for AI development practices.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with deep expertise in production AI systems.
Strong proficiency in modern Python and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers).
Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar).
Solid understanding of LLM integration and prompt engineering for complex reasoning.
Knowledge of software architecture analysis and automated code generation.
Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with both technical teams and stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Experience with game engines and development workflows.
Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, or similar).
Background in autonomous systems and multi-step AI workflows.
