Supply Chain Specialist

CropX is a global agtech company revolutionizing the way farmers manage their soil and irrigation using cutting-edge data and analytics. We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our dynamic operations team and play a key role in managing and optimizing our end-to-end supply chain activities. the supply chain and purchasing activities are at the core of our operations, as we manufacture locally and ship worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

· Daily operations of end-to-end supply chain processes, from procurement through delivery to customers.

· Work in synch with production floor to achieve production plan and goals.

· Coordinate with international and local suppliers: issue purchase orders, track deliveries, monitor performance, and handle communications.

· Work according to forecast inventory plans to support production and sales while maintaining warehouses stock level accuracy.

· Operate international and domestic logistics, including shipping documentation, customs processes, and freight coordination.

· Maintain and operate within ERP systems for procurement, inventory, and logistics tracking.

Requirements

· 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, and logistics—preferably in a hardware/tech or manufacturing environment.

· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

· Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).

· Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Priority experience is a plus).

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global startup environment.

· Advantage: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
