Financial Billing Team Leader

Nayax is looking for a Financial Billing Team Leader to join the Finance Billing team, which is responsible for addressing billing inquiries and activities for our customers.

The Financial Billing Team Leader will report to the Chief Business Operation.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

Manage activities of the billing team, analyzing team performance and OKR's
Act fast on billing disputes and escalations
In charge of the monthly/bi-monthly/weekly billing cycle; ensuring that the month-end closing is executed timely and accurately
Ensuring that invoices and reports are issued on time and sent to customers
Cooperate with different departments regarding ongoing projects
Actively seeking ways to improve the team's performance
Prepare a quarterly aging report

Requirements:

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

At least 2-3 years of experience in finance/accounting and as a team leader
Able to work under pressure, to meet deadlines,
Great time management, attention to detail
High level of Excel
experience with SalesForce, and ERP, NetSuite is an advantage
Proficient in English

ADVANTAGES:

Previous experience as a bookkeeper.
