From an order approval to a project delivery, we are committed to Tech Leadyour product, your budget and the project time line Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee the UI/UX design process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions. - Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective user experiences. - Supervise and review the work of team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance. - Manage and prioritize the team’s workload, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet the highest standards. - Estimate project timelines and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met. - Foster a collaborative team environment and work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Over 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise. - Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working directly with clients. Proven leadership skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring a design team. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate ideas clearly. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating user-centered designs.
