ATE System Developer

We are looking for an experienced ATE System Developer to join a leading global company specializing in wireless solutions. This role involves developing automated test equipment (ATE) for RF-based products in a production environment, collaborating with R&D teams, and ensuring seamless integration of both hardware and software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RF (radio frequency) engineering, programming, and lab work.
Responsibilities
Develop automated test equipment for RF-based products in production
Collaborate with the R&D team to define test requirements and ensure seamless product integration
Work on testing, integration, and fine-tuning of both hardware and software
Analyse and troubleshoot test system issues, ensuring high reliability and accuracy
Improve existing testing solutions, optimizing for efficiency and performance
Document test procedures and maintain system updates to improve overall workflow
Requirements
5+ years of experience (skills and knowledge are more important than years of experience)
Strong RF (radio frequency) knowledge
Experience in programming (C++, C#, OOP, Delphi)
Familiarity with test equipment and lab work
Understanding of hardware, electronics, and circuit design
Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP, UDP, GPIB, RS-232, GPIO, SDH/PDH)
Mechanical understanding (without designing in SolidWorks)
Complete system solution vision
Embedded (plus)
Database knowledge, SQL
Digital, Analog, RF, Automation
High mechanical skills
Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of Orcad and Visio
