OrCam Technologies is looking for a Sales team leader to join our Call Center (B2C).

The position includes managing employees and motivating the team to meet sales goals.

Provides training and coaching to employees.
Displays strong communication and technical skills.
Work with coworkers, management, and other departments to help coordinate problem-solving in an effective and timely manner.
Provide technical expertise to co-workers and handles elevated calls.
Effective communication skills in a professional setting, both spoken and verbal.
English Language - fluent or native – Must
3 years of sales experience in the world of call centers – Must
Available to work US working hours (16:00-01:00 IL TIME)
Experience in managing a team and leading it to meet targets.
Ability to think creatively and under pressure.
Ability to lead a diverse group of sellers.
On-site at our Jerusalem office located in Har-Hotzvim.
