Brand Designer- Temporary Position

EasySend is a no-code platform transforming fragmented and siloed data collection processes into seamless, end-to-end dynamic workflows for insurance companies and financial services enterprises. EasySend connects various touch points, integrates disparate data collection methods, and saves businesses time and resources while improving overall customer and employee experiences.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and evolution of our brand identity, ensuring consistency and cohesiveness across all touch points.
Design visually compelling marketing assets, including website graphics, email campaigns, social media content, ebooks, conferences assets, sales collateral, and digital advertisements.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and UX/UI teams to align design initiatives with business objectives and user needs.
Conceptualize and execute creative brand campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging design technologies to inform design strategies and best practices.

**Replacement for maternity leave.

Possible as a freelance or as a contractor.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a Brand Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role within a Branding agency, SaaS company, or tech industry.
Excellent branding and visual language-creating skills
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications
Strong understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and user-centered design principles.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent English - written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task several projects under tight deadlines.
