We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Operations Specialist to support our Sales organization and optimize sales processes across the customer lifecycle. The role combines operational execution, contract management, CRM data governance, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal teams

Responsibilities

.Manage and maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and contract data throughout the sales lifecycle

.Support sales operations processes, including deal management, order forms, renewals, and contract administration

Manage the customer renewal process, including tracking renewal timelines, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely execution

Prepare and coordinate customer agreements, approvals, and electronic signatures

Maintain organized documentation and ensure process compliance

Submitting RFP for existing customer requirements

Support customer onboarding activities from an operational and administrative perspective

Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, workflows, and operational efficiency

Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal teams

Requirements

3 Years of experience in a Sales Operations / Revenue Operations role within a high-tech SaaS company-

Native-level English proficiency – written and verbal-

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail-

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment-

Experience working with CRM and business operation tools-

Strong communication and collaboration skills-

Willingness to work full-time from our Tel Aviv office-
