This is a full-time, Hybrid position (4 days at the office, 1 day WFH).

What you'll be doing

In this role, you'll be responsible for the full workflow of photo production—from preparation to post-production—ensuring that every image in our platform meets Wolt's quality standards.

Day-to-day in this role you'll:
● Edit and enhance photos to deliver high-quality, visually appealing images for our app.
● Coordinate photoshoot days, including scheduling, bookings and all on-site logistics.
● Guide photographers during shoots to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
● Oversee the post-production process: selecting images, retouching, and ensuring timely delivery.
● Maintain a well-organized image library with proper categorization and tagging.
● Stay up to date on industry trends, new editing techniques, and relevant tools to continuously improve processes.

Our humble expectations

We're looking for someone who can own this workflow end-to-end and ensure smooth execution across multiple stakeholders.

Proven hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop for photo editing and retouching.
Strong understanding of color correction, composition and photo manipulation.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple shoots and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a structured, quality-focused approach.
Clear communicator who can collaborate with photographers, venues and cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently while thriving as part of a team.
Fluent in Hebrew and English.
Portfolio showcasing relevant editing work.
