Your impact

As aLead AI Engineer on theOpenText ValueEdge team, you’ll be at the forefront of buildingAI-powered enterprise solutions that transform how organizations work. You’ll design, develop, and optimizescalable backend services and integrateproduction-ready machine learning models—includingLarge Language Models (LLMs)—to deliver intelligent automation and actionable insights. Your work will directly influence the capabilities of a next-generation platform that drives value, efficiency, and innovation for businesses worldwide.

What you need to succeed

Technical Skills& Experience

• Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 5+ years as abackend/server-side engineer

• 2+ years withPython

• 1+ years of hands-on experience (and strong interest) inMachine Learning and LLMs

• Proven ability to build, test, and maintainRESTful APIs andscalable backend services

• Experience withSQL databases and backend data management

• Familiarity withGit workflows andautomated testing frameworks

• Experience withJava Spring orDjango is an advantage

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Collaborative communicator, comfortable inagile, distributed teams

• Passion forclean, maintainable, and reliable code
