Stratasys is seeking a strategic, business-oriented leader to shape and drive our global Total Rewards strategy across AMER, EMEA, APAC, and Israel. In this role, you will lead the design, governance, and execution of our global compensation, benefits, equity, and rewards programs, ensuring they support business growth, attract and retain top talent, and align with our overall people strategy. As a member of the Global HR Leadership Team, you will partner closely with senior leaders to influence key business decisions and drive a consistent, competitive, and scalable Total Rewards approach worldwide.

Responsibilities

Lead Stratasys' global Total Rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, equity programs, executive compensation, and recognition programs.
Design, implement, and continuously evolve global compensation frameworks, salary structures, incentive plans, job architecture, and pay transparency practices to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
Lead global compensation planning processes, including annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and equity planning.
Partner with HR and business leaders to provide strategic guidance on compensation decisions, promotions, organizational changes, talent retention, and workforce planning.
Oversee global benefits and wellbeing programs, ensuring an exceptional employee experience while optimizing vendor relationships and program effectiveness.
Lead compensation analytics, market benchmarking, workforce modeling, and executive reporting to support data-driven business decisions.
Support mergers and acquisitions through compensation and benefits due diligence, integration planning, and harmonization of Total Rewards programs.
Ensure effective governance of Total Rewards policies, HR systems, and compensation data, while maintaining compliance with global labor, tax, regulatory, and governance requirements.
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global Compensation & Benefits team, fostering collaboration across HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and business leaders worldwide.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and contribute as a member of the Global HR Leadership Team to shape the company's people strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree is an advantage.
10+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, , including previous experience in a similar global leadership role.
Proven experience leading global, multi-country Compensation & Benefits programs in a complex, matrix organization.
Strong knowledge of compensation governance, executive compensation, benefits, job architecture, pay transparency, and equity programs.
Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, with experience partnering with executive leadership.
Experience leading annual compensation processes, salary reviews, incentive programs, and market benchmarking.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with global stakeholders, work effectively across cultures and functions
Fluent English and Hebrew (written and spoken).
