Experienced FP&A Business Partner - Temporary position

What we are looking for

The Finance department at Nova is looking for a Temporary experienced FP&A Business Partner to support our business and drive its growth. In this role you will become an integral part of the Finance Team, lead business processes, and increasing productivity by partnering with cross-organizational functions. In this role, you will work closely with the R&D, Finance and Sales departments.

Requirements:

B.A in Economics / Business Administration
5-10 years of similar experience from FP&A departments
Possess a high level of analytical skills; problem-solving, prioritize multiple tasks in an efficient and effective manner and communicate with all levels of management
Excellent knowledge of Excel
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken

Role Responsibilities:

What you will be doing

Serve as a financial business partner in the Finance team working closely with various units’ managers
Preparation of managerial reports and presentations
Lead business processes and quarterly closing activities
Support quarterly P&L forecast processes
Budget planning and control, ensure accurate recording and deliver insightful analysis
