Booking Representative (Vessel Coordinator)

We are looking for a Booking Representative (Vessel Coordinator) that will handle the following:

Entering containers to the system
Handling HAZ +OOG + RF cargo
Create loading lists to the planners
Transmit vessels to the port and handling operational issues.
Vessel sailed reports
Ongoing Interfaces with partners, customers and internal interfaces

Requirements:

Academic education
Good knowledge of the shipping industry
Minimum 2 years of practical experience in customer service/sales/operations/logistics
Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, Excel
High proficiency in English language (Speaking, reading and writing)
