IT ServiceNow Scrum Master

We are looking for a proactive & motivated IT Scrum Master to lead ServiceNow development team. The Scrum Master will be part of ServiceNow development group in the IT organization, working in an Agile environment. You will be responsible for providing innovative solutions within ServiceNow platform working with local and global teams.

The IT ServiceNow platform is a key strategical application of the Service organization that enables customers and employees to interact and manage with customer’s support. It is a key platform to enhance future customer support interactions and expand the usage of customers self-service.

To be successful in this role you should have great managerial & interpersonal skills, be results-oriented, have analytical skills, and a positive approach.

Roles & Responsibilities

A team leader, as well as a key member of the team, that promotes development/analysis tasks of its own
Proactively communicate with product owners and business focal points in order to make sure the team is promoting business strategy and goals.
Encourage agile methodology & ensure scrum ceremonies are held efficiently- planning, daily, demo and retro.
Focus the team on the sprint goals, track and provide visibility on sprint progress, and raise flags in timely manner
Remove team obstacles, resolve impediments, and ensure a healthy and productive environment and communication
Soft skills coaching to build a self-organized team and make sure that each team member has a personal development path
Cross-scrum teams proactive handling while development effort requires external resources

Skills & Education

3-5 years experience in ServiceNow development
Previous experience as a Team Leader/ Scrum Master - advantage
B.Sc degree in Computer Science or information systems
Scrum Master certificate or experience in Agile methodology work frame
Deep knowledge in Jira or equivalent tool for development management - advantage
leading capabilities, outside the Box thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent English - write technical documents, communicate fluently also with non-native English speakers
