Position Overview:
As the Director/Head of Brand Marketing, you will oversee and execute key brand initiatives, including media relations, influencer partnerships, and talent campaigns. This hands-on leadership role requires managing a skilled team, collaborating with external agencies, and aligning closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
Lead, mentor, and guide a high-performing marketing team to meet brand objectives.
Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and brand vision.
Work in close collaboration with the CMO and internal departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost-efficient allocation of resources.
Brand Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement media strategies to strengthen the brand's presence across various platforms.
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers, and key media professionals.
Oversee the planning and execution of influencer and talent collaborations aligned with brand values.
Track and optimize the performance of influencer campaigns, measuring ROI and refining strategies based on data insights.
Ensure all marketing activities convey a unified and compelling brand story across customer touchpoints.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer feedback to drive informed decisions.
Use data to continually refine and improve brand marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Applicants must have native-level proficiency in English.
At least 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a proven track record in media relations and influencer marketing within B2C sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience managing both internal teams and external agency relationships.
Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, especially influencer and media marketing.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to think strategically, solve problems creatively, and drive measurable results.
Flexible, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Role based in Ramat HaChayal, Tel Aviv.
