Key Responsibilities

Creative Ideation & Direction

· Lead brainstorming sessions for new game features, reskins, and game mechanics.

· Translate abstract ideas into strong creative concepts aligned with the game's tone and player expectations.

· Develop engaging narratives and game worlds that enhance player immersion and emotional connection.

Creative Briefing & Scoping

· Build comprehensive creative briefs for Art, Animation, and Sound departments.

· Define the visual direction, character guidelines, environments, and motion vision for features.

· Scope creative assets with clear breakdowns: number of characters, backgrounds, animations, sound needs, and narrative elements.

Cross-Team Collaboration

· Synchronize with Product Managers, UX designers, Monetization, and other stakeholders to align feature goals with creative execution.

· Collaborate closely with UX to ensure a seamless narrative and visual flow across features.

· Act as the primary focal point for Art and Animation teams, consolidating feedback and managing iterations.

Project Ownership & Delivery

· Oversee the creative development process from concept through delivery.

· Review sketches, demos, animations, and illustrations—providing actionable feedback throughout.

· Manage Jira tasks related to art and animation deliverables.

Narrative Design

· Create new characters, complete with backstories and visual references.

· Ensure cohesive storytelling throughout features, maintaining consistency with the Bingo Blitz universe.

Meeting Presence

· Participate in task force (TF) meetings and weekly demos for the features you lead.

· Join ideation and planning meetings with Monetization and Product teams.

Compliance & Legal Coordination

· Suggest feature names and themes, conduct legal clearance (COPPA & COMPLIANCE), and work with legal for approvals.

· Collaborate with the Art team on final naming, logo design, and brand consistency.

Requirements

· 3+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, preferably within mobile games or interactive media.

· Proven experience managing creative pipelines across art, animation, sound, and narrative.

· Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation skills.

· Strong visual and storytelling instincts.

· Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira).

· Background in gaming, animation, or related creative fields – a significant advantage.

· Passion for pop culture and a deep understanding of casual mobile game audiences.

Bonus Traits

· Experience in narrative-driven game features.

· Familiarity with American pop culture and social trends.

· Ability to sketch or visually communicate creative ideas – even roughly – for briefing purposes.
