We’re currently on the lookout for a Creative Motion Designer who is passionate about bringing ideas to life. As part of our skilled team of designers, you’ll report directly to the Creative Team Lead. Your role will involve brainstorming project ideas, maintaining the consistency of our brand’s look in all your work, and keeping abreast with design trends, social media, and technology.

Responsibilities

As a Creative Motion Designer, your role within the global creative marketing team will include:

Creating high-quality, inventive videos aimed at attracting new users, enhancing our brand, and boosting our social media and communication efforts.
Brainstorming and developing fresh, creative concepts for campaigns throughout the year.
Completing creative briefs from different teams on time, ensuring they align with our brand and meet local needs.
Communicating effectively with various individuals within the company and with our teams around the world.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in graphic and motion design
Previous experience in an advertising or social media agency – advantage
Viber Spirit and a team player
Move fast and optimize from the insights you gain
Work under tight deadlines and prioritize
Multitask between ongoing projects and working with several stakeholders
Be a proactive problem solver with a positive attitude
Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, an expert with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop After effects & Figma
Strong illustration skills
Artistically talented with strong attention to detail with multi-tasking capabilities
Awareness of design trends and best design practices as well as solid typography skills
