Operations Manager/Office Manager

1. Operations -Streamline and optimize organizational workflows to ensure operational excellence. Lead initiatives to refine operational processes, implement efficiencies, and adapt to technological advancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, product, and sales—to align operations with strategic goals and enhance performance. 2. Legal -Maintain communication with our legal team. 3. Office Management Managing and carrying out the day-to-day administrative activities of the company in order to ensure smooth operation (welfare, office maintenance, supplies, equipment, etc.) 4. Finance -Maintain communication with the payroll supplier. Manage invoices, per diems, and salary processing. Oversee budget adjustments and financial planning. Handle client billing, payments, and bank communications. Track and review monthly expenses. 5. HR -Develop and manage structured interview processes. Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes. Collaborate with the payroll supplier for U.S.-based employees. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a startup or high-paced environment. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of legal and financial processes in a business context. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in HR practices and office management. Strong understanding of operations management, forecasting models, and project management tools (e.g., Notion, Airtable, BambooHR). Nice to haves: Background in finance or law. Experience with U.S. payroll systems and regulations. Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
