Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain high-quality web applications across the stack, developing responsive frontend components in React and scalable backend services in Python (Django/DRF), with a strong emphasis on performance, maintainability, and user experience.
Lead the integration of AI-powered features, including LLM-based capabilities, into user-facing products through effective prompt engineering and system design.
Own architectural and tooling decisions, contributing to long-term technical planning, system scalability, and engineering best practices.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver features that are both functional and delightful, aligning technical solutions with business goals.
Write clean, testable, and reusable code, contribute to shared libraries and frameworks, and help shape a high-ownership engineering culture in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong track record of building and scaling production systems end-to-end.
Proficiency in Python (backend) and React (frontend), including designing scalable APIs, background processes, and user-facing applications.
Hands-on experience with system and database design (SQL/NoSQL), including optimization for performance, data integrity, and scalability.
Experience integrating LLMs or AI-powered features into applications, including practical understanding of prompt engineering.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take full ownership of features from design to deployment.
