Game Economy operation specialist

Responsibilities

Managing the operation of game economy activities inside the game, through the game’s Back Office system: controlling game features, creating pricing configurations, setting up promotions, segmentation, etc.
Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all the promotions, events, and live tests.
Responsible for live ops, game features and events through the game’s Back Office system.
Work with monetization, analytics, R&D and product teams.
Testing new and existing content (game features, pricing configurations, segmentation) with the QA team.
Work with customer service team to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in economics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a quantitative field.
2+ years experience in operative role using high level of Excel
Excellent Excel skills – Must.
Highly attentive to details, thorough, responsible, and punctual, and the ability to learn and operate multiple applications.
Strong problem-solving/ troubleshooting skills.
Analytics skills and the ability to work with large data sets.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong work ethic, demonstrating a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve desired outcomes.
Technical background in Operations or Back-office system roles – Advantage.
