A fast-growing company is looking for its first Marketing Operations Specialist to help execute and scale an ambitious, multi-channel marketing strategy. This is a highly hands-on role at a fast-moving early-stage startup, responsible for connecting the dots across PR, content, social, events, CRM, analytics, and external partners.This role is ideal for someone who is smart, hungry, highly organized, and execution-oriented, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment where things are built from scratch and improved constantly.What You’ll OwnOwn day-to-day marketing operations execution across content, PR, social, events, webinars, conferences, and partnershipsServe as the central coordinator between marketing, brand, PR, design agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholdersManage HubSpot CRM and marketing infrastructure, including campaigns, data hygiene, automations, and basic reportingLead event operations, including on-site operations, landing pages, registrations, email communications, and follow-upsSupport website updates and marketing assets delivery in collaboration with external partnersKeep marketing activities organized, on track, and delivered on time, while continuously improving workflows and processesWho You AreSmart, sharp, and very hungry to succeedStrong English communication skills (written and verbal)Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focusedAble to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-changing startup environmentComfortable working across many stakeholders and prioritiesA true people’s person who builds trust easilyWilling to work hard and be highly available when needed - high-ownership roleRequirements:1-2 years of experience in marketing operations or a marketing-related role, preferably at a startupHands-on experience with HubSpot (required)Experience with event operations (required)Team8:Team8
