We are looking for an experienced Organization Development Partner who will manage a team of OD and talent partners. The ideal candidate should showcase strong strategic thinking abilities, proactiveness, and be experience in various OD topics (organizational design, change management, etc.), while supporting business growth and MNT & Corporate Units transformation and org. changes.
What will your job look like?
Partnership with the Business: Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for OD initiatives. Align organizational, leadership, and cultural aspects with the strategic objectives of the BUs.
Manage Team: Inspire and motivate the OD team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and support professional development.
Organizational Changes: Strategically plan and implement organizational changes, assess potential risks, and develop comprehensive action plans.
Offsites and Leadership Sessions: Plan, lead, and facilitate offsite meetings and leadership sessions to foster team cohesion, strategic alignment, and leadership development.
Succession Planning: Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure leadership continuity and readiness for future organizational needs.
Leadership Development: Ensure leadership continuity through succession planning and talent management.
Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve team conflicts promptly and effectively, ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment.
Employee Engagement: Promote organizational sensing surveys, lead OD analytics, and foster employee engagement in times of continuous pressure and burnout.
All you need is...
• Master’s degree in behavioral science
• Over 7 years of experience as an Organizational Development (OD) professional, including more than 3 years in managing development activities
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and peers, effectively influencing within a complex, global corporate environment
• Experience in implementing talent and leadership development programs
• Skilled in facilitating leadership offsites, workshops, and managerial courses
• Expertise in one or more key practice areas within OD
• Experience in leading and managing OD teams or units is considered a significant advantage
