You can find out more about eToro here.We are constantly growing and are excited to share that we are looking for a KYC administrator to join our team!as KYC ADMIN you'll be part of the verification department which is responsible for the onboarding and maintaining of clients' accounts.Job responsibilities:Initial due diligence on clients' accountsVerification and monitoring of Know Your Customer documentation for clients around the globeCollaboration with other departments on verification tasksVerification of accounts in accordance with internal policies and proceduresAssisting the Risk and AML departments with review and monitoring of accountsMaintaining accurate records of tasksPerform client screening through software such as World-Check and resolve/investigate the possible hitsWork under pressure in a fast pacing environment and meet tight deadlines and targetsRequirementsComputer proficiency is a must.Monday - Friday / Sunday -Thursday full-time (9 hours) HybridBasic knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office toolsHebrew Mandatory and English at mother-tongue level/ High proficiency- MustExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAn open mind and willingness to learnDetail-oriented and focusedStrong sense of professionalism and teamworkJob ID 5E.056
