Front-End Developer - Israel

ART MEDICAL Ltd. is looking for an experienced Front-End Developer to join our team.

Role & Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with our team of developers to design and develop high-quality mobile applications for the Android platform.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of our applications, delivering a seamless user experience that meets and exceeds our customers’ expectations.
Maintain an automated testing suite as part of development.
Troubleshoot issues, identify bottlenecks, and fix bugs in a timely and efficient manner to ensure the smooth operation of our applications.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies and best practices to stay at the forefront of mobile application development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that enhance our applications and provide value to our users.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
4+ years of proven experience as a Front-End Developer, with a proven track record of designing and developing high-quality mobile applications.
Extensive Android SDK experience.
Experience in development of web and mobile applications using frameworks such as React, React Native, Kotlin (w/ Compose MPP), and Flutter/Dart.
Experience with performance tuning, with a deep understanding of what it takes to create fast, responsive applications.
Proficient in Java or Kotlin programming languages, with a passion for writing maintainable and tested code.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to troubleshoot issues and find creative solutions to challenging problems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced UX development skills, and strong user-centric orientation
Deep understanding of Android OS internals, including multi-threading, lifecycle handling, and memory management.
Experience in medical device development, medical grade quality and patient safety best practices
Awareness of mobile security and privacy best practices.
Knowledge of mobile CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and crash monitoring tools.
Experienced with AWS frameworks, mainly AWS Amplify
