Data Governance Product Manager

As we expand our global presence, we are seeking a driven Endpoint Security Product Manager to guide our product development through its lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.

Lead the product development process from ideation through launch and beyond.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, including feature updates and enhancements.
Communicate product vision, progress, and updates clearly to internal stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, maintaining transparency and responsiveness.
Work closely with development, design, and product marketing teams to facilitate seamless product development.
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure a superior user experience.
Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, actively seeking and implementing feedback.
Conduct rigorous market research to identify opportunities and gaps in the product landscape.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies, driving a culture of innovation.

Requirements:

A minimum of 4 + years of proven track record in end-to-end product management, from ideation to successful launch and ongoing lifecycle management.
Extensive knowledge of data governance principles, data classification, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, NIST, etc.).
A thorough understanding of global data protection and privacy regulations in the cybersecurity landscape is essential.
Experience in developing cybersecurity tools that facilitate adherence to data protection and privacy regulations.
Ensure that products align with regulatory requirements, assisting the customers with compliant requirements.
Understanding of risk assessment methodologies in the context of data governance and compliance.
In-depth understanding of DLP technologies, policies, and methodologies.
Proven experience in designing and implementing DLP solutions to prevent data breaches and protect sensitive information.
Experience in designing features that mitigate cybersecurity risks associated with data breaches and non-compliance.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and product marketing.
Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience implementing user-centric design principles in product development.
Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies in a product management context.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate challenges in a dynamic environment.
