Medison Israel seeks a Therapeutic Area Manager for the Neuro Rare Diseases Unit.

This role includes independently managing a Therapeutic Area within Medison Israel. Outline strategic policies for several fields and products and implement the policy. Prepare a plan for achieving and maintaining goals. Managing human resources within Medison Israel. Responsible for the budget of the Therapeutic Area, planning and monitoring it. Working closely with overseas partners, having an in-depth understanding of the field and KOL's. Mentoring employees for personal and career development.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s and master’s degrees in life and/or natural sciences, medicine, nursing, and pharmacy (degree in paramedics).

· Master’s degree in business management – advantage.

· Proven experience managing team members and products - at least 2 years.

· Ability to motivate employees.

· In-depth knowledge of the Pharma industry.

· Proven ability in market analysis.

· Strategic understanding and excellent grasp of economics.

· Agile, ability to lead and implement change.

· Excellent Hebrew and English.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for managing the product managers and human resources within the unit.

· Mentoring team members, product managers, and product specialists.

· Career development for employees.

· Approving and monitoring business plans.

· Involved in building cooperation between marketing units.

· Maintaining strong relationships with overseas partners.

· Business meetings with overseas partners, training sessions, conferences, etc

· Monitoring and following up on the unit's goals.

· Locate new companies/new products.

· Implement Medison's principles and vision.

· Report all safety data received within the working framework and pass it on to the PV dept.

· Work by Medison's code of ethics and guidelines set by the compliance and regulatory dept.

· Report to BUM
