Risk Coordinator

Nayax is a global fintech company (NASDAQ; TASE: NYAX) and a leading provider of cashless payment, consumer engagement, and business management solutions for the unattended retail sector.

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Risk Coordinator to join our Risk team at Nayax. In this role, you’ll play a key part in safeguarding our operations by monitoring transactions, managing flagged cases, and ensuring compliance with global standards. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growing global fintech company, while working on meaningful projects that directly impact our business.

*This is a temporary position for maternity leave replacement.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor transactions and review flagged cases for potential risks or suspicious activities.
Conduct customer verification processes and communicate directly with customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and clarify cases.
Escalate cases according to established protocols.
Manage the chargeback process with Nayax merchants.

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience as a Data Analyst / Risk Analyst / Payments Analyst.
Familiarity with transaction monitoring and the financial services industry.
Strong communication skills with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
Analytical mindset with the ability to detect irregularities and suspicious patterns.
Detail-oriented, accurate, and discreet in handling sensitive information.
Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
Ownership of projects in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with ERP systems and BI tools – an advantage.
Fluent English and Hebrew is a must.
