*About the Role*

We are seeking a seasoned *Senior Payroll Specialist* to manage end-to-end payroll processes within our organization. This role requires expertise in payroll systems, compliance, and administration, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement and risk management.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Full-cycle payroll processing using *Hargal payroll system*.
* Manage payroll administration including benefits, compliance, tax, and year-end activities.
* Handle internal/external audits, finance queries, banking, and treasury tasks.
* Perform payroll accounting and reconciliation; ensure timely and accurate payments.
* Support onboarding processes and employment terminations (e.g., 161 form, severance law).
* Analyze payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure GDPR compliance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide data for audits and reporting.
* Identify risks, review processes, and contribute to payroll-related projects.
* Train and support team members; maintain up-to-date professional knowledge.

*Qualifications*

* *Experience:* 5+ years in payroll operations.
* Strong knowledge of finance, HR, benefits, compliance, and compensation processes.
* Proficiency in payroll systems (Hargal preferred).
* Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

*Preferred Skills*

* Experience with onboarding and various employment contract types.
* Familiarity with local labor laws and severance regulations.
* Ability to work independently and lead small projects.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 5,500.00₪ - 7,000.00₪ per month
