Deployment Product Manager

As a Deployment Product Manager at Tufin, you will work closely with product managers, development teams, sales engineers, technical services, and customers to understand their requirements. You will analyze the impact of Tufin deployment capabilities on revenues and design deployment capabilities to drive growth. You will guide development teams through the process, managing and prioritizing the product backlog.

Responsibilities:

Vision Execution: Analyze customer requirements, the market, competition and sales performance to create a roadmap for Tufin deployment. Collaborate with the product management teams to define deployment requirements that will help deliver the product.
Product Ownership: Collaborate with the deployment team in R&D to define the product solutions, priorities and manage the team’s backlog.
Design Leadership: Lead the design of new deployment capabilities by effectively communicating requirements to architects, UX/UI designers, and developers, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Planning: Plan the delivery of capabilities as part of engineering release plans.
Customer Communication: Engage with customers to understand and refine their needs, ensuring solutions meet their requirements and challenges.
Domain Expertise: Provide solutions by understanding the product and relevant technologies.
Documentation: Work closely with the technical documentation team to document procedures in the knowledge center.
Presentations: Present selected product functionalities and value to various internal and external stakeholders such as technical services, sales and customers.

Requirements:

Experience with deploying resources and applications on on-premises environments and cloud platforms.
Good understanding of L2 & L3 networking technologies.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
Passion for problem-solving and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
Willingness to travel abroad for customer visits or events when necessary.

Nice to Have:

Good understanding of Kubernetes functionalities.
Hands-on experience with Linux OS, including testing and deploying applications.
Familiarity with network security, cloud networking, and cloud network security.
Experience in Product Management roles.
Experience working in development teams.
Experience with agile development (SCRUM).
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (computer networking, industrial engineering) or an MBA in Information Technology or a related field.
