IT Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an IT Manager who will take full ownership of our IT environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Exchange, Azure, and Intune, as well as strong knowledge of Fortinet firewalls. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT systems, ensuring security and data protection, and providing top-notch IT support to our team.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all IT operations within the organization.
Plan, implement, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure.
Ensure network security and data protection, with a focus on Fortinet firewalls.
Manage Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Exchange, Azure, and Intune.
Handle software and hardware procurement and inventory management.
Provide IT support and troubleshooting for all employees.
Collaborate with other departments to understand and address their IT needs.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.
Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role in a small to mid-sized organization.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Exchange, Azure, Intune).
Experience with Fortinet firewalls and network security.
Familiarity with Mac OS (advantage).
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Fortinet Network Security Expert) are a plus.
