Commission Analyst

Responsibilities
· Calculate, analyze and monitor the integrity and validity of monthly commission payments for the sales team
· Identify and dealing with emerging challenges in the commission system
· Communicating and addressing sales team queries in relation to their compensation
· Analyze commission figures of the sales team in the company
· Support and execute the commission plans to each of the Company’s Sales Team
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Management
· 1-2 years of experience as an analyst- Advantage
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, highly driven and self-motivated
· Ability to work hard under pressure in a globally dynamic environment
· Outstanding oral and written communication skills is a must
· Highly responsible, very detailed oriented, and organized (Attention to details, follow-up, and time management skills)
· Team player, can-do attitude, flexible, self-motivated
· Experience with Microsoft Excel - Advantage
· Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
