Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Product Marketing or similar roles
2+ years of experience leading and managing a team—mentoring, developing, and overseeing tasks
Strong writing and content creation skills, with a focus on technology and B2B marketing
Deep technical understanding—ability to translate complex concepts into clear customer benefits
High creativity and strategic thinking, integrating content, branding, and product storytelling
Experience working closely with product, engineering, and sales teams

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the Product Marketing team, managing, coaching, and fostering professional growth
Develop product marketing strategies aligned with brand values
Create compelling marketing content, including presentations, blogs, case studies, product pages, campaigns, and more
Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer teams to refine messaging and positioning
Craft data-driven narratives that transform technical capabilities into customer value
Manage and drive product launches, ensuring clear and impactful go-to-market messaging
