Business Planner

We are seeking a Business Planner to manage worldwide supply and demand for Indigo’s products. This role interacts with various departments, including sourcing, marketing, engineering, supply chain, and management.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing WW supply and demand to ensure the right product inventory levels.
Establish accurate demand and purchasing forecasts while maintaining inventory policies established by analyzing performance, identifying trends, proposing alternatives, and real-time risk management.
Leading cross-organization activities and being the gatekeeper for HP Indigo’s expected AOS and Inventory levels
Determining transportation and shipping methods for optimal management of the supply chain costs
Work closely with all customer-facing organizations such as marketing, regions, service & supply chain.

Requirements:

BSc in industrial & management engineering or equivalent
3-5 years of experience in planning/operations/supply chain (formal customer-facing experience is an advantage)
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Excellent English - writing, speaking & reading
High analytical skills and ability to work with advanced analysis BI tools
Ability to work independently, under pressure, and in a group
highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines
