About The Position

We’re looking for a Part-time Bookkeeper (60% position) to join our Finance team!

This role is a maternity leave replacement, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our team during this period of 6-9 months.

Intango develops an industry leading and advanced online advertising platform,

offering a variety of solutions that serve customers and business partners worldwide.

You will report to our Director of Finance, work closely with our Senior

Bookkeeper and the finance team, participate in all bookkeeping areas, and take

a major part in building our in-house team and work processes.

You Will

Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, PayPal, and Mesh Payments.

Process, verify and reconcile Account Payable invoices.

Review, approve, and record travel reports and employee reimbursements.

Assist with month-end closing and other projects as needed.

Contribute to year- end audit process.

Take part in the implementation of processes and controls.

Your Experience and Skills

3+ years experience as a bookkeeper (Level 2 certification).

Experience with NetSuite ERP System – Must.

Working experience with multiple currencies, entities/subsidiaries, budget lines and departments.

Prior experience in a Hi-Tech or Ad-Tech company is a plus.

High MS Office Proficiency, especially Excel.

Full fluency in English (Oral and written).
