This role is a maternity leave replacement.In this position, you'll act as a trusted financial advisor to studio management, working closely with them to provide insights and drive strategic decision-making. Additionally, you'll support the broader FP&A Studios team with day-to-day financial tasks, offering a unique opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of FP&A operations within a dynamic gaming company.ResponsibilitisPartnering closely with one of Playtika's smaller studios, serving as their financial advisorAnalyzing monthly Actual vs. Budget reports and providing actionable insightsPreparing and analyzing forecasts on a monthly basis to ensure accurate financial planningReviewing and analyzing P&L statements and organizational KPIsAssisting FP&A Studios team members with ad-hoc tasks and financial analysesCreating and delivering periodic financial summaries to senior managementParticipating in the annual budget planning processMonitoring and approving new purchase orders and budget requests globallyReviewing and approving invoices that exceed budgetCollaborating closely with multiple financial teams in Israel and internationally, including accounting and bookkeeping departmentsParticipating in the month-end close processSupporting design views in Power BIRequirements3+ years of experience as a Financial AnalystExcellent communication skillsBachelor's degree in Economics or a related fieldProficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPointProven track record of financial analysisStrong verbal and written English skillsHighly motivated and proactive individualDemonstrated initiative and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work effectively both independently and in a team environmentExceptional attention to detail and accuracyFamiliarity with Oracle ERP – an advantageKnowledge of EPM Oracle – an advantageWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
