Job Details:Job Description:Join our global IT operations team as a Student IT Operations & Development Specialist, where you'll gain hands-on experience with enterprise-level systems used by organizations worldwide. This role offers a unique opportunity to start with operational tasks and progress to development projects based on your capabilities and interests.What You'll Do:Resolve IT incidents and service requests through ticket management systemsLearn and work with Microsoft-based enterprise tools including System Center, PowerShell scripting, and virtualization technologiesDevelop internal automation tools and reporting solutions as you advanceCollaborate with global teams across Europe and the United StatesParticipate in CI/CD processes and cloud integration projectsManage and maintain thousands of servers in a global infrastructureProgress from operational support to development projects based on performance and interestQualifications:At least two years remaining until graduation (minimum of four full semesters)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and take initiativeExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for global collaborationAvailability to work at least 20 hours per weekWillingness to work on-site minimum 2 days per week from our Haifa campusFlexibility for occasional evening meetings due to global team coordinationPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of Microsoft System Center or similar enterprise management toolsUnderstanding of SQL databasesExperience with virtualization technologiesExposure to CI/CD processesPython programming experienceBasic familiarity with PowerShell scriptingJob Type:Student / InternShift:Shift 1 (Israel)Primary Location:Israel, HaifaAdditional Locations:Business group:IT is the trusted technology partner for Intel's business, relentlessly focused on the experience of our people, our end users, and our customers.
