FP&A Manager

Elementor is a dynamic, fast-growing online startup with a mission to empower web creators. We’re seeking a talented and highly analytical Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our finance team. In this role, you’ll play a critical role in driving our financial strategy and decision-making by providing insightful analysis and financial modeling.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a high-growth SaaS tech company - a must
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, ERP) - a must
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) - a must; and Python - an advantage
High-level understanding of financial accounting principles and reporting standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance, profitability, and cost-benefit analyses.
Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to executive management and other key stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop, implement, and maintain budgeting and forecasting processes
Provide financial support for business planning and development initiatives
Automate financial processes and reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
