We're looking for a sharp, strategic, and execution-focused Senior Strategic Growth Lead to drive the expansion of our Media Partnerships portfolio.
You'll sit at the helm of a high-impact team, managing relationships with key aggregators, comparison sites, and affiliates while hunting for the next big growth unlock. This role balances high-level strategy (80%) with hands-on execution (20%) - you'll scale mature product lines and accelerate newer products, ensuring tactical plans get executed flawlessly.

In this role you'll:
Lead strategy and future-proofing by defining the roadmap for Media Partnerships portfolio and staying three steps ahead of trends
Manage and mentor a team of partnership managers, providing guidance and fostering a culture of high performance and ownership
Own the bottom line with full responsibility for team budgets, distribution, and partner performance
Drive strategic growth by identifying new, high-impact channels and navigating the comparison site landscape
Optimize performance through actionable data analysis that improves efficiency, CPA, and volume
Maintain operational excellence by constantly optimizing team processes for maximum efficiency
Orchestrate cross-functional alignment between partner incentives and company economics alongside Analytics, Product, and Growth teams
What you'll need:
5+ years managing affiliate or media partnerships teams, preferably at a B2C company operating at scale
Deep industry knowledge of comparison sites, aggregators, and how to negotiate and win in this space
Data proficiency with tools like Looker, ability to analyze complex funnels and translate numbers into business insights
Strategic and tactical balance - setting 12-month vision while rolling up sleeves for operational issues
Proven leadership experience managing people and supporting ambitious growth plans while developing team talent
Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders from external partners to internal finance and product teams
Ready to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI – a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture
