Licensed Avionic Electrician (B1/B2)Location: IsraelJob Type: Full-timeRelocation: International candidates welcomeVisa Sponsorship: AvailableWe are seeking an experienced Licensed Avionic Electrician (B1/B2) for a long-term aviation maintenance opportunity in Israel.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in aircraft electrical systems, wiring, press tools and avionics modifications, with experience working on Boeing and Airbus aircraft. This opportunity is open to qualified international aviation professionals who are willing to relocate to Israel.Key Responsibilities* Perform aircraft electrical and avionics maintenance on Boeing and Airbus aircraft.* Carry out aircraft wiring, electrical installations, repairs and modifications.* Use aircraft wiring and press tools in accordance with approved maintenance procedures.* Perform avionics modifications in relation to Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Bulletins (SBs).* Support heavy maintenance activities and aircraft modification programs.* Inspect, troubleshoot and rectify electrical and avionics defects.* Complete maintenance tasks in accordance with applicable aviation regulations and approved procedures.* Maintain accurate technical documentation and promptly report any issues identified during maintenance.* Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary aircraft maintenance team.* Support aircraft maintenance activities in a shift-based operational environment.Requirements* B1/B2 Aircraft Maintenance License or equivalent, preferably EASA or FAA.* Minimum 10 years of experience working as an aircraft electrician/avionic electrician.* Strong hands-on experience with aircraft wiring and electrical systems.* Demonstrated knowledge and practical use of press tools for Boeing and Airbus aircraft.* Experience with avionics modifications, ADs and SBs.* Heavy maintenance experience is highly desirable.* Experience with passenger-to-freighter (P2F) aircraft conversion is an advantage.* Experience on aircraft such as B767, B777 or A330 is an advantage.* Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.* Strong understanding of aviation safety requirements and maintenance procedures.* Good English communication skills.Working ConditionsThe role involves:* Working at heights.* Working in high-noise environments.* Standing and kneeling for extended periods.* Carrying equipment and materials as required.* Working under pressure in an operational aircraft maintenance environment.* Working shifts, including weekends and Fridays where required.* Overtime may be required based on operational needs.What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for candidates who are:* Disciplined and safety-conscious.* Reliable and responsible.* Strong team players who can integrate effectively into a professional maintenance environment.* Willing to work shifts and overtime, including Fridays.* Able to strictly follow aviation regulations, safety requirements and workplace procedures.* Proactive in reporting technical issues or incidents immediately.* Flexible and committed to operational requirements.Relocation & BenefitsEligible international candidates may receive a comprehensive relocation and employment package, including:* Visa and work permit sponsorship/support.* Furnished accommodation with maintenance support.* Transportation between accommodation and the workplace.* On-site meal facilities.* Medical insurance.* Pension contributions.* Paid annual leave.* Paid sick leave.* Paid overtime in accordance with applicable employment terms.* Annual flight allowance for one trip abroad, subject to applicable terms.The employment package, salary, eligibility requirements and applicable terms will be discussed with shortlisted candidates during the recruitment process.Work Schedule* Six-day working week.* Shift-based work schedule.* Fridays and weekends may form part of the operational schedule.* Overtime opportunities are available based on operational requirements.How to ApplyInterested candidates should submit an updated CV in English highlighting:* Aircraft maintenance license (B1/B2).* Years of aircraft electrical/avionics experience.* Boeing and Airbus aircraft experience.* Aircraft wiring and modification experience.* Relevant aircraft type experience.* Heavy maintenance and/or P2F conversion experience, where applicable.Please note: Candidates must be willing and eligible to relocate to Israel.
