We’re Hiring: a Logistics And Warehouse Coordinator for a part-time position based in Haifa (on-site).

Responsibilities

Managing procurement processes: Tracking orders, working with suppliers, and ensuring adherence to schedules and delivery conditions
Logistics responsibility: Managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and monitoring distribution processes
Excel: Utilizing Excel for data analysis, creating reports and graphs, and performing complex calculations
Collaboration: Working with various teams within the organization to improve processes and maximize efficiency
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers
Track and update inventory levels in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
Prepare shipping documents, customs forms, and delivery notes
Support purchasing and production planning by ensuring materials availability

Requirements

High proficiency in Excel (including advanced formulas and data analysis) - a must
Strong command of English (both written and spoken) - a must
Previous experience in procurement/logistics/warehouse roles - a significant advantage
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
