Our cutting-edge LiDAR systems, trusted by industry leaders like BMW and Volkswagen, are redefining what's possible in automotive technology.Our Operations team is seeking a talented Indirect Buyer to manage the entire commercial relationship for various Innoviz departments, including R&D, IT, IS, HR, Legal, Finance, and Operations indirect orders. This role involves leading commercial topics for new contracts, executing terms and conditions, negotiating pricing, and managing supplier relationships.Responsibilities:End-to-End Management: Oversee the entire procure-to-pay (P2P) process from approved purchase demands to goods receipt and payment.ERP System Management: Track and update the ERP system with purchase order delivery due dates.Negotiations: Analyze supplier quotations and terms to negotiate agreements that achieve the best global commercial conditions.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to guide supplier selection, leveraging this to obtain the most competitive pricing.Supplier Sourcing: Identify new sources of supply, establish relationships with new suppliers.Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.Performance Evaluation: Conduct supplier performance evaluations and assessments.Requirements:Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a buyer - MustProven track record in procurement and negotiations - MustProficiency in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint - MustAbility to work effectively and independently under pressure with both internal and external customers– MustExperience with ERP systems: ERP – Must.
