Front Desk Office Admin

In this role, you’ll be a strong cultural ambassador for Lemonade, bringing the best parts of our spirit into the day-to-day office operations. As a cross-team collaborator, you’ll be instrumental in creating a best-in-class workplace experience for our Makers.

The ideal candidate has rich experience handling a wide range of admin tasks and responsibilities simultaneously, including vendor management, workplace maintenance, employee experience, events, and more. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is super personable, and passionate about creating a friendly, welcoming work environment.

In this role you’ll

Run the front-of-house operations (coordinating vendors, welcoming employees, visitors, and job candidates; supervising entry control and office access, etc)

Support the local office ops team with facilities management, office events and extracurricular activities

Maintain and track office supplies and swag inventory efficiently

Coordinate and execute employee gift distribution and deliveries

Facilitate meeting space availability and bookings

Provide first-level customer service support for Makers

What you’ll need

Proven experience as an office admin, front desk manager, or administrative assistant (in a startup environment is a plus!)

Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize

Proactive, attentive to details, and a problem-solver

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew

Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

Experience working with different vendors

Upbeat, positive attitude, all-around team player, efficient, and a self-starter

Ability to physically work from our TLV office five days a week
