SR FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

*Hiring: FINANCIAL CONTROLLER*

*Office Key Responsibilities:*

*Financial reporting & accounting*

* Prepare *monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements*
* Manage the *general ledger*, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
* Own the *month-end and year-end close process*
* Maintain accounting policies and procedures

*Controls & compliance*

* Design, implement, and monitor *internal controls*
* Ensure compliance with *tax, VAT, payroll, and statutory filings*
* Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory bodies and reporting requirements
* Act as the key liaison between internal teams and external authorities, regulators, auditors, banks, and professional advisors
* Coordinate *external audits* and manage auditor relationships
* Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements

*Budgeting & forecasting*

* Lead *annual budgeting* and periodic forecasting processes
* Track budget vs. actuals and analyze variances
* Support management with financial analysis and insights

*Cash & working capital*

* Oversee *cash flow management*, forecasting, and liquidity

*Management support*

* Provide financial data to support *decision-making*
* Prepare management reports, KPIs, and dashboards
* Support strategic initiatives (pricing, cost control, investments)

*Team & systems*

* Manage and develop the accounting/finance team

*Typical qualifications (negotiable)*

* CPA / ACCA / equivalent accounting qualification
* 10+ years of experience in accounting/finance
* Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards
* Experience with audits and regulatory filings
* Advanced Excel / ERP skills
* Excellent English communication
