Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager on Angie team at Elementor, you will be an instrumental part of driving the strategic direction, planning, and own the execution of our exciting AI initiatives. This is a hands-on role, where you will lead a strong team of engineers, drive quick iterations, and take features from concept to launch with speed and quality.

You will be deeply embedded in the product’s user experience - crafting user journeys, championing UX excellence, collaborating with CX & marketing teams and ensuring every release moves the needle for professional web creators.

We’re looking for a product manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of agentic AI and website platforms, and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. If you’re passionate about empowering web creators and want to build products used by millions, this role is for you.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of product management experience SaaS companies - must
Proven experience in building AI-powered products - must
Experience with user-centered design and utilizing customer feedback to drive improvements - must
Strong understanding of website platforms and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience overseeing large, complex products from planning to delivery, focusing on valuable increments.
Strong UI/UX orientation with a high aesthetic bar - experience crafting user journeys and working closely with design teams.
Experience with user-centered design and utilizing customer feedback, data analysis, and research to drive improvements.
Exceptional problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
Proven ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and evaluate innovative ideas with internal and external partners.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex product backlogs and make tough prioritization decisions
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills - you’ll be the connective tissue between engineering, design, and stakeholders.
Familiarity with the WordPress ecosystem & Elementor - a strong advantage

Responsibilities:

Execution & Delivery

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle- from discovery and scoping through development, launch, and iteration - with a bias toward shipping fast and learning.
Drive rapid iteration cycles: define MVPs, run experiments, gather feedback, and improve continuously.
Manage feature backlogs with ruthless prioritization, ensuring the team is always working on the highest-impact items.
Collaborate daily with the engineering team- running sprint planning, unblocking issues, and maintaining delivery cadence.

Team Leadership

Lead and inspire a cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, and QA, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
Set clear goals and success metrics for the team; track progress and communicate status transparently.
Mentor team members, facilitate healthy debates, and create an environment where the best ideas win.

User Experience & User Journeys

Craft detailed user journeys and flows, mapping every touchpoint from first interaction to power-user workflows.
Leverage user research, data analysis, and customer interviews to deeply understand creator needs and pain points.

Platform & Strategy

Develop a deep understanding of the website platform landscape- including WordPress, web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS), and the competitive ecosystem.
Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning, aligning team efforts with company vision and business objectives.
Collaborate with other product teams to ensure cohesion across Elementor’s platform and identify cross-team opportunities.
Monitor product performance metrics and use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
